The unbelievably good Microplane grater has been fine tuned and improved! These new Gourmet Graters retain the clog-resistant, stainless steel blade of previous Microplane graters, but with the addition of an angled, non-slip bar at the 'table end'. A small change possibly, though combined with the improved soft-grip handle, the net result is better leverage and a firmer hold on proceedings.
